COSM 0205 — Barber Crossover
is the first class in a two-part Barber Crossover Program, which is for currently licensed California Cosmetologists. Barber Crossover is a rigorous course designed to provide students with a comprehensive introduction to barbering principles and practices. These methods will prepare students for a career in barbering according to the standards outlined by the California Board of Barbering and Cosmetology. Topics include health and safety, disinfection, haircutting, shaving and trimming of the beard. This course will fulfill a minimum of 128 hours of training required within the state-mandated 200 hour barber crossover guidelines.
