Master the collection of specimens, preservation of specimens from various sources and specimen processing. Become familiar with various pediatric blood collection procedures and equipment. Use hands-on, simulated classroom exercises and observe practices in a clinical setting. Incorporate a personal concept of professionalism and ethics.
