4 Credits Accountants are often called upon to prepare tax returns providing this vital service to clients. This course stresses the fundamentals of preparing individual tax returns. The theory and practice of federal income taxes are taught with the goal of preparing a federal 1040 tax return with attendant schedules. The extensive use of “filled-in” forms as a model of preparation are studied comprehensively in this course. Prerequisites: None
