ART109A — Contemporary Art
3 Credits A study of art and new media made after 1960. In addition to a historical survey of art styles and movements in a global context, thematic studies, such as identity, appropriation, and kitsch provide students conceptual frameworks with which to analyze and interpret art. Notes: No previous art experience is necessary.
