3 Credits This course provides an in-depth study of the Windows Desktop Operating System, and the underlying functions and structure. This knowledge is applied to the installation and configuration of Windows, as well as the troubleshooting and diagnosis of common problems. Students will gain extensive hands-on lab experience in this area and will be prepared to take the Microsoft MCSE exam for Windows.
