ENG227H — Contemporary Global Literature - Honors
3 Credits An enhanced Honors version of ENG 227, offering in-depth exploration of contemporary literature, including poetry, drama, and fiction. Emphasis is on the close study of texts and authors, in particular those works that present provocative comparisons across cultures and history. Students will write analytical research essays that require an understanding of the political, historical, and/or cultural settings of the literature.
