3 Credits Students read and discuss class and contemporary sci-fi novels, short stories, and comics. In blog entries, presentations, and essays, students will produce critical, evidence-based interpretations, developing original perspectives on the texts. Topics include: defining the human and the nonhuman, technology’s shaping of mind and body, and the uses of utopia and dystopia. Prerequisites: ENG 102 - Writing and Literature
