ENR226 — Statics
3 Credits Fundamental concepts and principles from a calculus orientation; force systems, free body diagram; particles and rigid bodies. Varignon’s theorem; analytical and graphic methods of problem solutions; moments of inertia; centeroids and centers of gravity. Notes: Prior to Fall 2025, course was MECH 126 - Statics. Prerequisites: MATH 181 Calculus 1 and PHYSC 121 Engineering Physics 1
