3 Credits This course examines how to use financial statements, reports, and related footnotes to make assessments on publicly traded companies. Students learn to evaluate the quality of financial information, and analyze financial position in terms of liquidity, solvency, risk, and profitability. Strategic and prospective analysis is examined as well as techniques for valuing companies. Notes: $20 fee Prerequisites: ACC 120 - Managerial Accounting
