EDUC - 2300 Introduction to the Exceptional Learner EDUC - 2300 Introduction to the Exceptional Learner Emphasis is on the psychosocial implications, identification, differences, learning characteristics, and manifest behaviors. The effects of educational practices and attitudes and the nature of, and forces for, social change will be explored. Ten hours of observation in clasrooms are required. Lecture Classroom Hours: 45
