BUED 435 - Personnel Management/Career Development BUED 435 - Personnel Management/Career Development (3 credits) This course will address basic human resource topics including managing a diverse workforce, safety, health, well-being, payroll and benefits, security topics, enhancing performance, and motivation at work. Topics will provide a foundation for those who plan to teach human resource topics and for those who plan to work in the training and development field.
