An in-depth look into the contemporary issues affecting Career and Technical Education and workforce training guides students in the development of a rationale for CTE and work-based learning, and explore their leadership potential by examining their own professional identity and growth. The exploration of issues and possible solutions provide guidance for the planning and coordinating of the cooperative learning relationships between business and industry and education and training.
