EEOL 430 - Planning for Action Research in the Elementary School EEOL 430 - Planning for Action Research in the Elementary School (2 credits) This course provides a foundational understanding of key principles and practices for effective teaching in today’s diverse and evolving educational environments. Teacher candidates will explore essential concepts related to student development, data-driven decision making, equitable assessment, instructional design, technology integration, digital citizenship, and teacher leadership. Through a combination of readings, discussions, and practical activities, pre-teachers will develop the knowledge and skills necessary to create engaging and inclusive learning environments that promote student success. This course is intended to be taken at the same time as ◎ EDST 464 - K-6 Student Teaching . This course has 10 hours of field experience. Grade only. annually (usually spring semester).
