ETHN 368 - Ethnic Studies Seminar 1: History, Theory, and Methods ETHN 368 - Ethnic Studies Seminar 1: History, Theory, and Methods (3 credits) This course is an introduction to the history, theory, and methods used to conduct research in the interdisciplinary field of Ethnic Studies, and serves as the first half of the research capstone required for completion of the Ethnic Studies minor. Students will learn the ideological underpinnings of the field, and the research methods commonly used in Ethnic Studies. Students will complete this course by drafting a formal research project proposal to be undertaken in △ ETHN 468 - Ethnic Studies Seminar 2: Social Justice Research .
