HIST 360 - Introduction to Historical Museums HIST 360 - Introduction to Historical Museums (3 credits) This course provides students with an overview of the field of historical museums and public history. It will examine the history of museums, museum management, collections care, management of historical libraries and archives, fundraising and budgeting, and the development of exhibits and public programming. It will also survey opportunities available in public history. Required student projects will make use of the resources of the Winona County Historical Society. Grade only. every two or three years.
