MS 402 - American Military History MS 402 - American Military History (3 credits) This course provides a historical perspective to decisions made by American military leaders. Whatever challenges officers encounter - battlefield complexity, resource limitations, teamwork deficiencies - that require an informed decision. Previous leaders confronted many of the same issues; drawing from their experiences and approaches arms individuals to create their own solution and become a stronger leader. In this course, students will cover major military engagements from the colonial period through the current operating environment.
