NURS 300 - Professional Nursing and Nursing Success I NURS 300 - Professional Nursing and Nursing Success I (3 credits) Students will be provided an introduction to the profession of nursing in the context of foundational concepts important to holistic nursing. Students will begin to develop the following: clinical judgement, communication, compassionate care, ethics evidenced-based practice, and social determinants of health. Students will practice NCLEX strategies and take NCLEX preparation exams. Students will also explore self-care practices to promote resilience. Preferred Grade only. each semester on Winona and Rochester campuses. Note: Differential tuition rates apply. This course is allowed to be repeated 1 time. Course Registration
