NURS 420 - Nursing Care of Pediatric Patients NURS 420 - Nursing Care of Pediatric Patients (3 credits) Students will focus on family-centered care of the pediatric patient and their family across the life span. Various health care settings will be discussed, as well as appropriate interventions to care for the pediatric patient and their family within these settings. Students will demonstrate evidence-based and therapeutic nursing care of pediatric patients and their family through site based clinical settings and/or simulation learning. Preferred Grade only. each semester on Winona and Rochester campuses. Note: Differential tuition rates apply. This course is allowed to be repeated 1 time. Course Registration
