NURS 487 - NCLEX Preparedness NURS 487 - NCLEX Preparedness (2 credits) This course explores and analyzes question formats commonly found in the NCSBN’s NCLEX test. Students will examine and implement clinical judgement skills needed to successfully answer a variety of question styles throughout the clinical judgement process - gathering cues, analyzing cues, finding the biggest problem(s), planning, intervening, and evaluating nursing actions. Grade or P/NC. each semester on Winona and Rochester campuses. Course Registration
