PHYS 140 - Energy PHYS 140 - Energy (3 credits) Meets GOAL 3 and GOAL 10. This course focuses on energy needs, trends, and long-term prospects and resource supplies. The physics of energy, atoms, nuclei, thermal energy, solar energy, alternative energies, and consequences of energy production are discussed.
