RTTR 300 - Lodging & Foodservice Industry RTTR 300 - Lodging & Foodservice Industry (3 credits) This course provides an analytical and conceptual examination of the lodging and foodservice sectors within the larger hospitality and tourism industry. Using historical development, organizational structures, management theories, service systems, and contemporary issues, students critically explore how lodging and food enterprises operate, interact with markets, and influence community recreation and tourism environments.
