SPED 473 - Transition and Secondary Skills Instruction SPED 473 - Transition and Secondary Skills Instruction (3 credits) The course covers transition and instructional methods for teaching secondary students with disabilities, including autism spectrum disorders, developmental cognitive disabilities, emotional/behavioral disorders, specific learning disabilities, and other health disabilities. Topics included are data interpretation, academic instruction, progress monitoring, assistive technology, transition resources, consultation, and collaboration.
