UNVS 401 - The Scholar Portfolio UNVS 401 - The Scholar Portfolio (1 credit) This is a one-credit course in which University Scholars synthesize their undergraduate experiences through the creation of a reflective portfolio. Students select 8-10 academic and co-curricular artifacts that represent their engagement with the University Scholars’ program and examine how these experiences contributed to their intellectual growth, personal development, and preparation for life after graduation. Through shared readings and guided reflection, students articulate how coursework, service, leadership, research, and capstone experiences have shaped their ways of thinking, values, and the transferable skills they have developed over time. Students will reflect on what they learned and demonstrate how their experiences fostered capacities such as inquiry, communication, collaboration, ethical judgment, and adaptability that will support their professional, graduate, and civic goals beyond graduation.
