OTA160 — OT Intervention for Pediatrics

This course prepares students for intervention techniques and strategies unique and specific to infants, children and adolescents. Neurodevelopmental and sensory integrative theories and practice are applied. Developmentally-focused intervention addresses physical and psychosocial methodologies and practice areas related to pediatrics. Lecture, fieldwork observation and laboratory practice provide learning opportunities for students in this course.

Prerequisites: OTA101, OTA110, OTA115, PSY251, PSY252
