OTA260 — Level II Internship I
Fieldwork placements provide supervised practical experience for students to practice treatment, documentation and other occupational therapy assistant activities. These sessions focus on the application of purposeful and meaningful occupations across the lifespan in a variety of settings. Under the supervision of a registered and licensed occupational therapist (or an occupational therapy assistant under the supervision of an occupational therapist), students observe, treat and document general and psychosocial occupational therapy practices. Clinical Hours: 320. Course Fee: $80. Insurance Fee: $18. Usually in the spring.
