PTA150 — Therapeutic Procedures II

This course builds on the principles learned in PTA 110 . It covers manual treatment techniques, gait training with and without assistive devices, adaptive and assistive equipment, transfers, bed mobility, balance, wheelchair mobility and the use of standard measurement tools for balance, mobility and gait. Topics also include activities of daily living (ADLs), instrumental activities of daily living (IADLs) and the impact of treatment techniques on the improvement of daily function.
