RMI200 — Agency Operations and Careers
This course introduces students to the insurance industry, profession and workplace environment. Students will learn how to identify personal career goals and exhibit effective, professional workplace behaviors. Students will also learn problem solving and conflict management techniques, as well as the importance of integrity and ethical behavior in the insurance industry.
