The course is a study of the metric system, scientific mathematics, atomic structure, chemical bonding, gases, solution and chemical equilibrium. This course includes both a lecture and lab component. Pre/Corequisite(s): ENG 101 and satisfactory math placement or MATH 101 or MATH 108 or MATH 115
