EL113 — Industrial Electricity I
4 Credit(s) This course is designed to provide students with a basic understanding of electrical power apparatus commonly used in industry, its functions, installation and protection. Topics covered will include the National Electrical Code and its requirements, motors, motor starting methods, branch circuit calculations, wire sizing and overload protection. Students must register for a lecture and laboratory section.
