2 Credit(s) This course provides an overview of practical/vocational nursing and the role of the PN/VN as provider and patient-centered care, patient safety adovcate, member of the health care team, and member of the profession. Content includes knowledge, judgement, and values within a legal/ethical framework. The needs of the patient in relation to spirtiuality and culture are addresed.
