MEC240 — Programmable Controllers II
3 Credit(s) The course is a continuation of the field of industrial controls. Students will learn the principles of control systems and their application to production systems to achieve automation. Systems included in the course are stepper motors, programmable logic controllers, microprocessors, computers and feedback systems. Emphasis is placed on programmable logic controllers and the local area networks.
