WELD206 — Beginning TIG
3 Credit(s) In this course students will be introduced to gas tungsten arc welding (GTAW or TIG) with an emphasis on safety, machine set-up, filler rods, and shielding gas identification. Students will produce beads, bead patterns and joints in all four positions. Students will perform welds on plate without backing.
