CAD 112 — Manufacturing Processes and Materials
/2 contact hours Students will be introduced to machining processes including metallurgy, computer numerical control, and methods in advanced manufacturing technology. Students will learn how to use and read dial and digital micrometers; and digital and vernier calipers. Milling, turning, and drilling equipment will be utilized by students to create a project that they design using SolidWorks software. Prerequisite(s): None Core fulfilled: None
