CIS 131 — Visual Programming I

/3 contact hours This course covers the principles of effective program development using the event–driven programming language. Students create object–oriented programs with effective user interfaces and logically constructed code for event–driven applications. Students develop algorithms, apply Object Oriented Programming principles and gain an understanding of the process of writing good computer code. Students create their programs in the Visual Basic.NET programming environment. Prerequisite(s): None Core fulfilled: None
