LEG 203 — Litigation and Trial Preparation
/3 contact hours This course offers a comprehensive exploration of civil litigation procedures and the essential skills and tasks required for effective trial preparation. Students will gain a practical understanding of the legal process from the initiation of a lawsuit through to trial, with a focus on developing the documentation (Trial Notebook) necessary to support strategic and procedural decisions for success in civil litigation practice or criminal trial.
