RBT204 — Robotics Applications and Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs)
(3 credits) 45 lecture This course covers various robotics applications, their associated components, and control systems in manufacturing, construction, service, etc. Students will be introduced to the current methods of controlling robots, programming robots, interfacing robots, and integrating robots into systems designed to complete specific tasks. Students will be required to design, and simulate a traffic light PLC application.
Prerequisites: EGN101, RBT150, ELC256
