MGMT 381 — Project Management Fundamentals
Credits: 3 Typically Offered: FALLSPR This course introduces the concepts, processes and knowledge areas of project management as a means of complementing and integrating with other management disciplines. Course objectives are that students will develop an understanding of concepts, processes and knowledge areas critical to successful project completion, along with the development of their own project plan. Students will also identify and recognize the factors that cause projects to exceed budget, time limitations, and generally fail to meet stakeholder expectations.
