CART200 — International Cuisines Lecture
CART 200 introduces students to the effects of history, culture, geography, and religion on cuisines worldwide and introduces specific ingredients, cooking methods, cooking equipment, and presentations reflecting these influences. Prerequisite(s): CART 245 - Cooking Fundamentals I Lecture , CART 245L - Cooking Fundamentals I Lab , CART 246 - Cooking Fundamentals II , and CART 246L - Cooking Fundamentals II Lab Corequisite(s): CART 200L - International Cuisines Lab
