CART201L — Stock, Soups & Sauces Lab
CART 201L is the practical application of the principles and techniques presented in CART 201 - Stocks, Soups, and Sauces Lecture. Students will prepare a variety of stocks for soup and Mother Sauces as a base for small sauce preparation. Corequisite(s): CART 201 - Stocks, Soups, and Sauces , CART 245 - Cooking Fundamentals I Lecture and CART 245L - Cooking Fundamentals I Lab
