CART280 — Cake Design and Professional Decorating
This course focuses on the basic and advanced techniques used in wedding cake design, assembly, and construction. Areas of study include stacked and tiered cakes, decorating with buttercream and rolled fondant. Advanced cake decorating techniques will be used to produce upscale cakes to potential consumers. Prerequisite(s): CART 212 - Baking Skills & Development
