Utility Line Service Mechanic, CAS
Program coverage includes basic communications; basic math; workplace behavior; safety; first aid and CPR; pole climbing with fall protection; pole-top rescue; aerial lift rescue; Class A CDL with pintle hook restriction; operation of bucket trucks, digger derricks, and heavy equipment (skid steer, backhoe, mini excavator); rigging, including rope knots and slings; chainsaw safety; electrical distribution fundamentals; installation and removal of common distribution equipment; and troubleshooting.
