Organizational behavior and design, social systems and contemporary management issues are explored and experienced, with an emphasis on the interrelationship of culture, organizational structure and policies upon individual, group and organizational performance. Topics include: leadership styles, learning, motivation, group structure, decision-making, group dynamics, and problem solving. Concepts and issues of power, conflict, change and organizational processes that impact interpersonal or social settings, group interactions or the workplace environment are examined.
