Business Information Worker (BIW) Stage Two - Certificate of Achievement
Description BIW pathway increases students’ value and opportunities in multiple occupations, including but not limited to: office, business, and executive administrative support, office supervision/coordination, small business support, retail sales, and customer service. The BIW Pathway helps students build basic skill sets for advanced jobs. These skill sets include advanced and in-demand office skills that will help students move from entry level to advanced positions in the workplace. Courses include advanced Microsoft Office skills, accounting with QuickBooks, collaboration/document management software, electronic records management, and customer relationship management.
