Description The Real Estate A.S. degree is intended to prepare students to work in various sectors of the real estate industry. Real estate brokers perform a variety of functions, including aiding their clients in selling, purchasing, or renting a home or commercial property. They may also solicit borrowers or lenders, or negotiate real estate loans. Real Estate Salespersons work for licensed real estate brokers and perform many of the same acts as brokers, under the supervision of their employer.
