Description The Real Estate A.S. degree is intended to prepare students to work in various sectors of the real estate industry. Real estate brokers perform a variety of functions, including aiding their clients in selling, purchasing, or renting a home or commercial property. They may also solicit borrowers or lenders, or negotiate real estate loans.
