This course covers the fundamentals (basic skills and techniques) required to produce construction documents conforming to current building codes, standards, as well as interpretation of construction contracts documents (contracts, general conditions, special conditions, specifications, addendum, change orders and other typically referenced documents and authorities having jurisdiction (AHJs) applicable to) used in managing a construction project.
