KIN 164 — Functional Anatomy 3 Units (AA/AS; CSU; UC) 54 lecture hours

This course will focus on learning the basics of human movement and understanding the the skeletal system, muscular system, and nervous system as applied to body movement during physical activity. Anatomical terminology will be used when analyzing muscle contractions and movement patterns.
