PHLEB 110 — Phlebotomy Practicum

Introduction to Phlebotomy. The students will perform simulated phlebotomy procedures on campus to prepare students in a clinical setting. Students will learn the principles and procedures of performing venipuncture, syringe and butterfly techniques will be discussed. Writing assignments, as appropriate to the discipline, are part of the course.
