FPTC 240 — Quality and Process Management
Welcome to the Quality and Process Management Class. Students will learn Green Belt level knowledge in Six Sigma and how to use the DMAIC model and Statistical Process Control to improve production quality. Process improvement tools such as Time Studies, OEE/OPE, ROI, and Capital planning will be used to enhance production performance. Entry level concepts in HR, maintenance, and logistics will assist students in entry level leadership.
