COMM 125H — Critical Thinking through Argumentation and Debate - Honors
Study of critical thinking through oral advocacy and debate. Principles of effective argumentation including logic, reasoning, evidence, motivation, persuasion and refutation. Preparation and presentation of written and oral arguments and participation in individual and group debates. Substantial analytical reading is required. This course includes content and experiences appropriate for students wishing to earn honors credit. (C-ID )
