MATH 250E- — Single Variable Calculus I Enhanced

This course contains the same content as Math 250 but includes more instruction time to help students who can benefit from additional support. Topics will include an Introduction to differential and integral calculus, including functions, limits, and continuity; techniques and applications of differentiation including derivatives of algebraic and transcendental functions, the chain rule, implicit differentiation, the Mean Value Theorem, curve sketching, extremum problems, and related rates; and an introduction to integration and The Fundamental Theorem of Calculus A review of prerequisite core concepts and college success content will be integrated throughout the course.
